Terms
Plan together, verify before you go.
These terms apply when you use Meldry’s website, mobile applications, Instagram messaging service, and shared planner.
Effective July 31, 2026
Using Meldry
You must be legally able to agree to these terms and use Meldry as an adult planner. You are responsible for activity choices made with your group and for keeping access to your email, Instagram account, and device secure.
Activity information
Meldry organizes information from Instagram posts, public organizer pages, and details corrected by family members. Extracted dates, prices, age guidance, addresses, availability, accessibility details, and booking links may be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Always confirm important details directly with the organizer before booking, paying, travelling, or attending.
Safety
Meldry does not operate, endorse, supervise, inspect, or guarantee third-party activities. Parents and caregivers remain responsible for assessing suitability, supervision, transportation, accessibility, waivers, weather, health considerations, and other safety requirements.
Your content and third-party content
You may submit links and information you are permitted to share. You retain ownership of information you create. You grant Meldry a limited licence to process it only as needed to operate and improve the service. Instagram media, organizer materials, trademarks, and linked websites remain the property of their respective owners. Source links are provided for attribution and verification.
Shared planners
Planner members can see and edit shared planner information. The planner owner controls invitations and may delete the planner. Do not invite anyone who should not have access to your shared plans. Private activity-preview links should be treated like private links and shared carefully.
Acceptable use
Do not use Meldry to break the law, violate another person’s rights, scrape or overload the service, bypass access controls, distribute malware, harass others, or submit content that is unlawful or exploitative. We may restrict access when reasonably necessary to protect users, providers, or the service.
Availability and changes
Meldry may change, suspend, or discontinue features. Integrations depend on third-party platforms and may stop working because of their policies, outages, or permission changes. We aim to provide notice for material changes when reasonably possible.
Disclaimers and liability
Meldry is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not responsible for third-party activities, organizers, websites, purchases, injuries, losses, or decisions based on unverified activity information. Nothing in these terms limits rights or liabilities that cannot legally be limited.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using Meldry and delete your account in Settings. We may suspend access for serious misuse, security threats, or legal requirements. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination—including ownership, disclaimers, and limitations—will continue to apply.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Questions can be submitted through the Meldry support page.
